Terms of Service, MetaNet ICU Raffle
By clicking the Moneybutton and buying a ticket on the raffle page you agree to all the terms of service below.
(1) RECEIVING PRIZES
(1.1) You will be contacted via slack if you are a Metanet member, or baemail if not. You will be asked for your delivery address if you win 1st prize.
(1.2) The 2nd and 3rd prizes will be sent to the winners paymail or moneybutton ID that they used to buy the ticket with.
(1.3) If you win a runners up prize, you must identify yourself via our metanet.id method (50pence sent to paypal) to claim this prize. If you do not, your runner up prize will be given to the next randomly chosen person.
(2) RESTRICTED US STATES & COUNTRIES
(2.1) If you are resident of a state or country that raffles are illegal in, please do not buy a ticket. You will not be eligible for any prizes and your ticket will be made void.

(3) WINNERS DRAW
(3.1) The winners will not be drawn until all 150 tickets are sold.
(3.2) We use a lottery style draw. Lottery numbers will be used as one single number to pick a winning ticket.
e.g. 1, 17, 23, 27 will be used by raffle as 1172327.
(3.3) The winning tickets will be shown on the winners page and on the raffle page after the draw has been made. We will also notify everyone via slack and twitter.
(4) POSTAGE, PACKAGING & CUSTOMS
(4.1) Postage & Packaging is paid for and the 1st prize will either be mailed from the United Kingdom or sent from your own country via Amazon.
(4.2) Depending on your recipient country customs might delay the arrival of your prize for some days. We will keep in communication with you if any issues arise.
(4.3) We will cover any custom fees charged, you will have to provide us with proof of costs.
(5) CONSECUTIVE WINNERS
(5.1) Winners of the 1st prize are excluded from winning it a 2nd time in future raffles. But can consecutively win the 2nd or 3rd prize.
(5.2) Winners of 2nd or 3rd prize can consecutively win 2nd or 3rd prize in future raffles.

(7) MANAGEMENT ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
(6.1) MetaNet ICU management, staff and family members are prohibited to take part.
(8) AGE REQUIREMENT
(8.1) You must be 18+ years old.
(9) TRANSFERING TICKETS TO OTHERS
(9.1) Tickets are non-transferable.
(10) REFUNDS
(10.1) There are no refunds.
(11) LEGALS
(11.1) We operate under UK & international law. If you are found to buying a ticket where you should not be buying a ticket, your ticket will be made void.
(11.2) Each ticket entitles you to a chance of winning. You can buy as many tickets as you wish.
(11.3) This raffle is run by MetaNet ICU Ltd, company no: 11723008. You can contact us if needed.
(11.4) If you are a US resident please make sure to check Section 2 of these Terms of Service as some states are excluded from playing.
