Product Description: Thin, dark green flat leaves. Sencha must be steeped carefully, with water that is not too hot. The aroma is vibrant, grassy, and bright with a nutty note. Liquor is light artichoke color, tinged with an olive hue with a robust and vegetal sweet flavor with a lingering aftertaste.
